I also found syslog.org helpful.
Not to jump the gun on the logging discussion, but
I've just started working with rsyslog and was
wondering if any one had any opinions on rsyslog vs
syslog-ng (or any other favorite replacement).
Also, if it's not already planned for the presentation
it would be great if remote logging/filtering were
to be presented. It seems there will only be a
continual increase is the use of distributed/clustered
servers/applications and that means good centralized
