Thanks.
I had found similar instructions that involved copying
over the ifcfg-ethx file to ifcfg-ethx:x, but I had
thought that the iproute2 package/tools were supposed
to be replacing the need to such things. Anyways,
copying over the ifcfg file did the trick.
