[Madlug] Tips for starting a LUG

Hey madlug,

I'm currently trying to start a LUG in Den Bosch, The Netherlands. I
think this essay [0] by Rick Moen is an interesting starting point,
but was wondering if you might have some tips from your own
experience, or things that work well to attract new people...
